Septic pumping, inspection and repair in Tampa Bay
When a septic system has a problem, it usually shows up inside the house first: slow drains, gurgling pipes, a toilet that backs up, or a smell in the yard.

Septic services
What can we fix?
Septic systems are common in parts of Hillsborough and Pasco, especially in neighborhoods outside city sewer service, and a septic problem can mean calling a plumber and a septic company separately, then waiting for them to agree on whose problem it is. We handle both. One visit can tell you whether the trouble is a clog in the house, the line out to the tank, a full tank or the drainfield, and we fix the right thing instead of sending you somewhere else. We pump tanks, inspect systems for buyers and sellers, and repair lids, baffles and lines. You get the price in writing before any work starts, and photos of what we found.
Septic tank pumping
We pump the tank, check the inlet and outlet baffles while it is open, and show you photos of what we saw.
Backups and slow drains
We find out whether the backup is in the house plumbing, the line to the tank or the system itself, and fix the right thing first.
Inspections for buyers and sellers
We check the tank, baffles and lines and walk you through what we found, with photos you can share with your agent or the other party.
Lids, baffles and line repairs
Cracked or buried lids, broken baffles and damaged lines between the house and the tank, repaired so the system works the way it should.
Drainfield checks
Soggy ground, a sewage smell or a strip of bright green grass over the drainfield can mean it is struggling. We check it and explain your options.

Questions we get
Questions about septic services.
How often should a septic tank be pumped in Florida?
The EPA's general guidance is to have a household system inspected at least every three years and the tank pumped every three to five years. A larger household, a smaller tank or heavy garbage disposal use means pumping more often. We will tell you what your system needs after we look at it.
What are the signs my septic tank is full?
Slow drains throughout the house, gurgling pipes, toilets that are slow to flush, sewage smells inside or outside, and soggy ground or unusually green grass over the tank or drainfield. If sewage is backing up into a tub or floor drain, stop using water and call.
Can you fix the plumbing and the septic in one visit?
That is the reason to call us. If the problem is a clog in the house, we clear it. If it is the tank or the line to it, we handle that too, so you are not waiting on two companies. If a repair needs parts or a second trip, you will know that and the price before we leave.
What should I keep out of a septic system?
Only human waste and toilet paper should go down the toilet. Keep cooking grease, wipes and paper towels out of the drains, limit the garbage disposal, and do not park or drive on the drainfield.
